Human Rights Policy

Last updated: October 2026

1. Purpose & Scope

Alzeizfoon For Security Service (L.L.C) is committed to respecting and upholding internationally recognised human rights in all aspects of our business operations. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, subcontractors, and business partners acting on our behalf. It reflects our commitment to the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the International Bill of Human Rights.

2. Our Commitment

We are committed to conducting our business in a manner that respects the dignity, rights, and freedoms of all individuals. We will not engage in, support, or condone any activity that violates human rights. This commitment extends to our supply chain, client relationships, and the communities in which we operate.

3. Labour Rights

We uphold the rights of all workers, including the right to fair wages, safe working conditions, reasonable working hours, and freedom from forced or compulsory labour. We prohibit child labour in all forms and ensure that all employment is freely chosen. We respect the right of workers to freedom of association and collective bargaining in accordance with applicable law.

4. Non-Discrimination & Equal Opportunity

We are committed to providing equal opportunities and prohibiting discrimination on the basis of race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. All individuals are treated with dignity and respect.

5. Use of Force & Security Operations

As a security services provider, we recognise the heightened responsibility to ensure our operations do not contribute to human rights abuses. All security personnel are trained to use force only as a last resort, proportionate to the threat, and in strict compliance with applicable law. We adhere to the Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights and prohibit any form of torture, cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect the right to privacy of all individuals. Personal data collected in the course of our operations is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. Surveillance activities are conducted only where lawful, necessary, and proportionate, with appropriate safeguards in place.

7. Supply Chain & Business Partners

We expect our suppliers, subcontractors, and business partners to uphold the same human rights standards set out in this policy. We conduct due diligence on our business relationships and will not knowingly engage with parties that engage in human rights abuses. We reserve the right to terminate relationships with parties that fail to meet these standards.

8. Grievance Mechanisms

We provide accessible and effective grievance mechanisms for employees, clients, and affected communities to raise concerns about potential human rights impacts. All complaints are taken seriously, investigated promptly, and resolved in a fair and transparent manner. Individuals who raise concerns in good faith will not face retaliation.

9. Training & Awareness

We provide regular training to all employees and contractors on human rights principles, this policy, and their responsibilities under it. Training is tailored to the specific risks associated with security operations and is updated to reflect changes in applicable law and best practice.

10. Monitoring & Review

We monitor compliance with this policy through regular audits, management reviews, and stakeholder engagement. This policy is reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in our business, applicable law, and international human rights standards. The results of our monitoring activities are reported to senior management.

11. Accountability

Senior management is responsible for the implementation of this policy and for ensuring that human rights considerations are integrated into our business decisions. Any breach of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract. We are committed to continuous improvement in our human rights performance.
